Join three intrepid and witty travelers for a panel discussion of their experiences in Europe.

Deepay Mukerjee takes you to the Balkans, where the beautiful Adriatic coastline and stunning mountain scenery mask a history of ethnic and religious conflict.

Stephanie Hysmith journeys to southern Poland and the historic city of Krakow, and later reconnects with her mother’s experiences in World War II.

In Iceland, Cat Pleska tours the Golden Circle and the dramatic Gullfoss Falls, an inspiration for both J.R.R. Tolkien and Jules Verne, and finds some surprising sights off the tourist trail in Reykjavik.

This joint presentation between Charleston International Club and the Kanawha County Public Library will be hosted on Zoom and a link will be emailed to participants before the event.
