This position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, and the hourly rate is $14.00 per hour. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager at the Main Library.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with at least three (3) years of experience in Education or Training. It is preferred that this candidate have experience in a public library setting.
This position would be responsible for actively promoting customer service expectations within the organization. They would train newly hired staff on important library policies and procedures. This individual would create a training schedule for all departments within the library system and continually assess training needs and work to improve the training curriculum.
