DESCRIPTION:Participants will be introduced to the importance of responsib
 le technology use while engaging in hands-on robotics activities as a Mar
 s Engineer. Build and program a VEX robot, then explore how technology imp
 acts communication, decision making, and everyday life. Combining creativi
 ty, problem solving, and real world connections, youth will learn about th
 oughtful and responsible use of technology, while having fun with robotics
 . Best suited for school-aged children. An adult should be available to h
 elp the child throughout the duration of the program.Registration is requi
 red for each child wishing to participate, as there is a limited amount of
  equipment available. Registration for this program will open on Tuesday, 
 April 28, 2026. Program presented in conjunction with WVSU Extension Servi
 ces.
