Event Details

Learn the basics of canning with Kerri Carte from the WVU Kanawha County Extension Service, including hot water bath and pressure canning. The class will cover canning fruits and vegetables, meats, jams, pickles, and more. 

Participants may also bring their pressure canner lid to test their dial gauges after the program.
