Program Description

Event Details

This month we will paint a beautiful, serene flower scene.  Paint whatever kind of background you want, then complete your painting by adding flower, foliage, or creepy crawly silhouettes.

Attendees must register for this program, as the number of participants is limited to 18.  Please register via the library's online programming calendar or by calling the Elk Valley Branch Library at 304-965-3636.  All materials are provided for registered participants.
