In celebration of Black History Month and America 250, we will be holding a special screening of the Motion Masters documentary "Outlier The Katherine Johnson Story".
Katherine Johnson, born in White Sulfur Springs, West Virginia, was a gifted mathematician and one of the first African-American women to work as an aerospace scientist at NASA. Her complex manual calculations made the Project Mercury spaceflights possible.
Come watch this documentary from local WV production company Motion Masters to learn more about Katherine Johnson's incredible life, career, and legacy.
