Program Description
Event Details
This is an introduction to computer coding designed specifically for young learners. This program will introduce kids to Scratch – a visual, block-based coding language designed to be intuitive and beginner-friendly.
We’ll start with some screen-free coding examples, work together to script simple programs on a computer, and talk about some of the free educational resources available to help participants continue learning on their own time.
Registration is encouraged but not required. Come code with us!

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.
