Stop by the library this afternoon to sew a scrunchie. The scrunchie is more than a hair accessory. Find out what else this all purpose decorative elastic can be used for. Basic sewing skills will be taught in case you don't know how to sew. Then sew a scrunchie either by hand or sewing machine.
