The Main Library's Drive Up Window is now a Hold Pickup Location

Accessible from the Quarrier Street side, it is open 8:30am - 8:00pm Monday through Thursday and 8:30am - 5:00pm Friday and Saturday.

  1. Choose Charleston - Drive Up Window as the pickup location when placing your hold.
  2. Your hold is NOT available until it is in the Drive Up Window and ready for pickup.
  3. You will get a hold pickup notification when the item is actually at the Drive Up Window. You do not need to call ahead if you chose this option and get the notification.
  4. Come on through, and pick it up.
  5. Enjoy!
